Jim graduated from Reading University and prior to entering recruitment worked internationally as an oil field geologist. Jim has over 25 years’ experience recruiting finance and tax specialists and has previously worked in tax recruitment with Brewer Morris and ECHM. He is one of the founder Directors of the Pro-Recruitment Group and is still actively involved in recruiting tax specialist as part of the in-house tax team of Pro-Tax. In his spare time Jim enjoys sailing, running, skiing (really badly) and bankrolling an expensive student brood.
