• What is the minimum salary you will accept? This is not a figure that recruitment consultants want to get you, as we are here to boost your salary as best we can, it’s in our interest. We use this figure to give you a range of vacancies from your lowest accepted salary to your optimum.

• Will you consider relocating or commuting slightly further afield? Again, where possible we will always try and get you your location of choice, but in demanding times as these, geographical flexibility can be a real advantage

• Be prepared more than ever before. If you have a good recruitment adviser you should be fully briefed on the vacancy which means you should have a job description and have had several briefings with the agent.
