Pat graduated from the University of London with a degree in Biology after which he further went on to complete his legal studies at the College of Law, Guildford. Prior to recruitment, Pat practised tax for a number of years working for Fladgate Fielder and KPMG before joining a large national recruitment company, where he worked for 12 years heading up the Taxation Division. In 2007 Pat set up The Pro-Recruitment Group along with his two fellow Directors, Jim Halstead and Conor Dilworth, which is still is the UKs fastest growing niche recruitment company. In his spare time Pat is an avid snowboarder and supporter of Chelsea FC.
